involvinglitigation 叫目前分词短语，作定语，修饰cases，等于...cases which involve litigation。
cases involving litigation： 涉及诉讼的案件（即：需要打官司的案件）
若用过去分词，involvedlitigation 如何理解？它与cases 是何关系？没法讲解！
2. being decided 是动名词的被动式，more than 60 cases 为其逻辑主语。构成“动名词复合结构”， 作resulted in 的宾语。
result in doing ...；result in sb/sth doing...
